Natural Health
Natural health, as I use the term, means supporting the body's own capacity to adapt and repair — and making informed decisions rather than reflexive ones in either direction.

Dr. Anne-Marie's perspective
Natural does not mean anti-medical. Modern medicine is extraordinary at what it is designed for. The problem is that we often use an acute-care model to answer chronic, cumulative questions.
The useful question is rarely natural versus conventional. It is: what is my body adapting to, and what would make adapting easier?
What's worth understanding
- Being informed matters more than belonging to a camp.
- Cumulative habits outperform single interventions over a lifetime.
- Anything promising one answer for everything deserves scepticism.
